The Rouge Rio bag is made of designer reverse noir dot fabric and trimmed with designer rouge leather trim.


In addition to being a pet carrier on wheels, the Rouge Rio bag is also a backpack and a carseat. The Rio bag also comes with a removable, washable faux fur lining.


Lots of ventilation and two exterior zipper pockets for storage.


Accomodates pets up to 12 lbs.


The Petote Rio bag measures 13.75" x 12" x 18.5".
